Beth Roesler
Beth grew up on her family’s farm in the Gayville, South Dakota, area. She is a 1995 graduate of Mount Marty College with a degree in Health Care Administration. Before entering the private practice of law, Beth spent several years working in business specializing in the field of Human Resources. Most recently she was the Director of Human Resources for Niebur Development, Inc. a construction and development company in Colorado Springs, Colorado with a workforce of more than 400 employees.
Beth returned to South Dakota in 2004, earning a Master in Business Administration in 2006 and a Juris Doctor in 2009 from the University of South Dakota. During law school Beth was a member of the South Dakota Law Review and served as the Note and Comment Editor during her third year. Beth is currently a member of the State Bar of South Dakota, the American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota. Beth and her husband, Max, have three sons.
